Hi, I’m Ryann. Yoga transformed my life, helping me overcome asthma and depression, and manage anxiety. My journey began in my 20s when I embraced yoga to take charge of my health. With a background in social work, a RYT 200 certification, and continual education—including Reiki master teacher training—I am always learning. My practice is more than asanas; it’s a path of preventative healthcare and personal growth. Camel pose is my favorite for its challenge and the profound heart-opening experience it offers. I find deep joy in my yoga journey, constantly exploring the expansive reasons to return to my mat.
